TERMS & CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Memories In Motion Travel LLC
By purchasing a seat on any trip hosted by Memories In Motion Travel LLC, all Guests agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payments
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your seat. Payment plans may be available depending on the trip.
All payments must be submitted online through the approved payment platform provided by Memories In Motion Travel LLC. Cash payments and in-person payments are not accepted unless otherwise stated by the company.
Final payment must be received by the stated deadline. If full payment is not received by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled, your seat may be released, and no refund will be issued for any payments already made.
Guest Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds beyond the deposit are issued according to the following schedule:
- More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
- 31–60 days before departure: 50% refund of payments made beyond deposit
- 30 days or less before departure: No refund
Any monies paid to vendors that are non-refundable will not be refunded to Guests. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for hotels, events, meals, theaters, amusement parks, shows, games, attractions, tickets, and other vendor-related expenses.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Memories In Motion Travel LLC.
Transfer Policy
Guests may transfer their reservation to another person with written notice submitted at least 14 days before departure. The replacement traveler must complete all required forms and payments.
Trip Cancellation by Company
Memories In Motion Travel LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to weather, low participation, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
If Memories In Motion Travel LLC cancels a trip, Guests will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- A credit toward a future trip.
Travel Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for arriving at the pickup location on time with valid identification if required.
Memories In Motion Travel LLC is not responsible for delays, missed departures, lost items, injuries, weather conditions, or actions of third-party vendors.
Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully during all trips. Disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Photography & Media
By participating in a trip, Guests grant Memories In Motion Travel LLC permission to use photos and videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes unless written notice is provided before departure.
Liability
Guests acknowledge that participation in travel activities involves certain risks. By booking a trip, Guests agree to comply with all liability waivers and release agreements provided by Memories In Motion Travel LLC.
Memories In Motion Travel LLC is not responsible for personal injury, illness, accidents, delays, theft, loss of personal belongings, acts of third parties, or circumstances beyond the company’s control. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Guest for the trip.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
